Update 02/02/18: Refurbished Apple TV 4K units are now available for sale, for $30 less than the original price.

Looking for a way to save some money on the latest Apple products? Consider a refurbished MacBook, refurbished iPhone, or refurbished iPad from the Apple Certified Refurbished store. A refurbished product is just like a new, but at a lower price. Apple just added the 10.5-inch iPad Pro to its refurbished store, so if you’re in the market for one, you can save a tidy sum.

Here’s a quick guide with links to the best deals you can find on the refurb store, along with a FAQ guide if you want to know more about the ins and outs of the Apple Certified Refurbished store and buying a refurbished MacBook, iPhone, or iPad.

Refurbished iPhone: The best deals

As of this writing, the store only has the 32GB iPhone 6s Plus available—it costs $469, which is $80 lower than a new iPhone 6s Plus that Apple still sells. The 6s may be two years old, but it’s still a very good phone, and it’s at an attractive price.

Which iPhone should you buy? Since there’s only one model available in the refurb store, our choice comes down to style and personal taste. We’re partial to the Rose Gold Refurbished iPhone 6s Plus 32GB. Apple doesn’t sell the iPhone 8 in Rose Gold, so it may be the end for that particular color. (The iPhone 7 Plus is available in Rose Gold and is more current than the iPhone 6s Plus, but it’s not available in the refurb store as of this writing.)
