Now there are new data points for you straight on the home screen, which acts as a hub for all your connected apps and devices. A summary of all your metrics and how you’re doing compared to your goals is available at a glance. New sections on the main page include daily sleep info, recent workouts, and weight and blood pressure trends over time.
